Use the __dpmi_int library function.  The DJGPP FAQ list explains the 
background about this in section 18.1 and 18.2.  The FAQ is available as 
v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you got DJGPP.

You can't.  DJGPP does support inline assembly, but its syntax is very 
different from the MSC- and Borland-style asm{} blocks.  See section 
18.13 of the FAQ, for more details.
