The URL is okay, but the version of DJP has changed since the FAQ was 
released (the FAQ warns about different versions, so take its URLs with a 
grain of salt).  The latest version is mlp107b.zip.  (Btw, version 1.05 
is also there, so I don't understand how did you fail to get it.)

The former.

You won't notice the slow-down, since the load time is slashed by 50% and 
the decompressor is lightning-fast.  Try it.
