Since you installed DJGPP in C:\Lang\DJGPP, you need to add
C:\Lang\DJGPP\BIN to PATH and set DJGPP=C:\Lang\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV.
These two variables should reflect the *actual* place where DJGPP is
installed on your system.
