Valid points, well made.

I've been coding for years, and I've written a few decent programs in that
time, although recently it's been with my own libs for fast 2d and 3d, but
nothings come close to being as playable as the first game I wrote on the
amiga when I was a kid, it was a text adventure, and I put all my effort
into the plot and [game] engine and none into anything else (I couldn't DO
anything else). It came off well and I've recently made the move back to 2d
so I can spend more time concentrating on the game rather than the
front-end.

Just an opinion,
Jado.
