Yes, but that's PDCurses 2.2 (v2tk/pdc22.zip), I would think that
the newer version would contain more usefull functions, don't you? 
I found the address of pdc2.3 at SET's page (c), it's:
ftp.lightlink.com/pub/hessling/PDCurses/
(And it seems like the announcement was more than 3 weeks ago, while
the files there are dated 10 july 1998.)
