I've been trying to recompile the libc and libm libraries with pgcc-2.90.23
980102 (egcs-1.0.1 release). Anyway, I'm having a problem with the
assembler not running the .S files through the preprocessor first. I think
it stems from the fact that the actual extension for the assembler files is
".s" Has anyone else had this problem? Otherwise, does anyone know where I
can get a distribution with the correct extensions?

Any help would be appreciated,

Isaac Waldron
