Would somebody please volunteer to compile a list of the constraints
from all available sources, and make it available somewhere (e.g., on
DJ's server)?  I think it's a shame it is nowehere to be found.

And while at that, it might be a good idea to submit the list to the
GCC maintainers, for inclusion in a future version.
