Yes, the header file is in that directory, (but it's iostream.h).  If
SuperArtem wants to see the function itself, the definition, SuperArtem will
have to look at the source.

Anyway, there should be lots of info in info.  Maybe that will be enough.  Try
this command:
info libgpp.a
