Now that you say that, I remember RSXNTDJ/RSXWIN. The help file of
RSXWIN says:

| RSXWIN is an environment for 32-bit EMX programs under MS-Windows™ 3.1, 
| Windows 95™, Windows NT™ and WinOS/2.

Gary, maybe you want to ask for concrete info about RSXWIN in a Windows
programmers' group.
