Fused DXE Archive v0.01 beta for DJGPP

What's an "FDA"?
   An FDA is a "Fused DXE Archive".  In actuality, it is
   no different from a GNU "ar" archived file made up of
   DXE file(s).  The only difference is that I have
   created two very short functions for extracting all
   DXEs and & then deleting them.  This could be a possible
   solution for the "Is there a DLL for DJGPP?" question.
