The DJGPP CD-ROM has *everything* from the Simtel.NET FTP site (after
all, they're the people who run the Simtel.NET FTP sites).  All of the
zips are included, including V1 and one of the old V2.02 alphas.  The
ready-to-run installation is pretty complete too, but of course it
doesn't have *everything* (you can't have v1 and v2 installed at the
same time, for example, and you wouldn't want to either).
