Is not the compiler! You must have enough RAM in your system that's all.

How much memory go32-v2 report? Are you using Winblows 9x? If yes: Did you 
configured the available DPMI memory in the MSDOS box properties?

Use stubedit for it. Hey! please read the documentation and the FAQ.

Additionally: I doubt you really need to allocate huge arrays in the stack, 
that's a nasty idea.
