This is a general feature of the Info readers: they concatenate the
contents of all the files named `DIR' in every directory mentioned in
INFOPATH.  The only thing that's non-default in our setup is that
djgpp.env sets INFOPATH so that Emacs sees its own `DIR' *before* the
one which is in %DJDIR%/info, while info.exe sees them in the opposite
order.  This is so Emacs users see the Emacs-related entries first.
