That's irrelevant.

Are the variables being set at all?  Type SET at a DOS prompt, and see
if they show up.  If not, something else is being run before those lines
(`win', for instance).  Move them up.

Also, make sure you've unpacked everything correctly, and that
c:\djgpp\bin\go32-v2.exe does indeed exist.
