I always add a prefix to related items to ensure that they sort
together; thus, my EYES icon is I_EYES and my SWORD icon is I_SWORD.

Alternatively, you can hack the grabber to remove the sort (although I
seem to recall a discussion of this a while back that suggested this was
a Bad Thing), or you can add the related items to a sub-datafile.
