Let me see: Did you defined the DJGPP enviroment variable? is the bin 
directory in your path?

If both are yes, press F10 go to the menu option at the left of File 
and select the bug report option, it will generate a report about 
your installation.

I at least one is no, please read the readme.1st file and get a copy 
of the FAQ too (both from the same directory from where you 
downloaded the compiler).
