Two small problems:
1a.  Consider these examples:
     #define _PATH_DEFPATH           "/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin"
     #define _PATH_CONSOLE   "/dev/console"
     #define _PATH_DEVDB     "/var/run/dev.db"
     #define _PATH_LOCALE    "/usr/share/locale"

     They are very system specific.

1b. Not only that, they are different from (DOZE) system to (DOZE)
     system. We don't want users to go and edit them, do we?

2. There are a lot of them. I only gave some examples.

1b is my main objection.
