DJGPP is 32-bit and uses 32-bit near pointers of 4 bytes length to address 4G
memory.  All pointers are thus near pointers in DJGPP.	There are, however,
functions that allow addressing 16-bit far pointers.  Read the documention
that comes with DJGPP for their usuage; /DJGPP/INCLUDE/LIBC/Farptrgs.h and
DJGPP/FAQ/Djgppfaq.txt
