You probably didn't install the GNU Make package, which is an
optional part of djgpp.  The binary is in the v2gnu part of the
djgpp distribution, in the ZIP file `mak*b.zip' for some *; I think 
the most recent is 3761, i.e. `v2gnu/mak3761b.zip'.
