Yes, I also noticed that and, maybe it's helpful if I note that, it's
because OPCODES.LST lacks table numbers. It just has (Table ) instead
of (Table #O001) for example.
I have noticed another problem: half of the List was not converted!
Because of the format of each INTERRUP.[A-Z]0-file (having some
----!-separator at the end) INT 21 only had AH up to 2E or so. This
resulted in (TeX)info files of around 5.5 Mb, instead of 9Mb if the
separators were removed from the INTERRUP.LST-source.
Also, some tables weren't converted correctly, but I don't know the
details.
Anyway, I want to thank the author for Int2TeX! It's really useful.
