I'm current learning C using Dan Gookin's "C For Dummies volume I & II" and
find them to be an excellent read. The author also maintains a web site
with follow-up lessons to the books! It is on this site,
www.c-for-dummies.com, where I first heard about DJGPP from Mr. Gookin's
recommendation of it for use with his books.
