Type `set' at a DOS prompt, check it is really being set. Have you
edited djgpp.env at all? Is your djgpp installation `odd' in any
sense (e.g. djgpp itself stored on a shared network drive, djgpp.env
in user's personal space)? Does djgpp work normally for simple
compilations? Try it on a "Hello world" program.

If none of the above help, you'll have to either give more information
(see the FAQ; include in particular the output of `set' at a DOS
prompt, the text of a "Hello World" program, and the output of "gcc -v
hello.c" when you try to compile your program). You might also like
to try using DJVERIFY, a utility by John M Aldrich which attempts to
diagnose common problems with djgpp misinstallations. You can get it
by links from http://www.cs.com/fighteer/. Using DJVERIFY you can
produce a detailed system report that may help people here diagnose
your problem if DJVERIFY itself can't do it.
