The Allegro documentation specifies clearly that the values you are
passing to set_gfx_mode for the virtual screen sizes are the "minumin"
Allegro will reserve. However, Allegro is vary likely to reserve a
bigger virtual screen than the one you requested.

You will have to live with that :-)
