Subject:	Make.exe: Environment variable not set correctly.

When I try to make the Allegro library with the make program, I get this
message: "Your DJGPP environment variable is not set correctly! It
should point to your djgpp.env file...". And when I type 'set', the
lines is there. And I KNOW that the djgpp.env file is under c:\djgpp. 
So why doesn't it work?!

My system is: Pentium 200 MMX, 32M RAM, 3 Gig Harddisk capacity
