There's another side to this....market strength. You can be yet another
player in the big ocean or you can own the little ocean....and if the
little
ocean gets bigger....you get to ride the waves!
The potential for Linux is much higher than MS (where can you go from
monopoly??). Linux pretty much owns the UNIX market space (IMHO).
Since
Linux is putting a dent in MS (doesn't matter how big of a dent)... even
MS
is taking a look.
Remember, people use Linux because they WANT to. People use MS because
they
HAVE to.
