You probably have several packages called things like djdev201.zip,
faq210b.zip, rhide14b.zip  etc, what you need to do is to unzip all of
these in to the same directory but maintain their directory structure.

If you are using pkunzip, then you need to use the -d switch

If you are using winzip, drag, with the RIGHT mouse button, each zip
file in to the directory where you whish to install DJGPP et al. when
you let go of the mouse button, choose the item at the top of the
option list.

Once you have it all installed, READ ALL OF THE DOCUMENTATION
then read it again.

Don't forget to read the file      \DJGPP\gnu\gcc-2.81\problems.txt.
and anything else you find
