I found the TSR example djgpptsr.zip in the v2 directory, and got it
running.

Now I want to create a resident server-application, where messages
will be passed back and forth using a software interrupt handler,
for example interrupt 0xF5.

Where can I find a working example for installation and removal of
a software interrupt handler?
