I had the same problem but you should add to lines to the link

*link:
%{Zwin32: -Lc:/djgpp/rsxntdj/lib/all} \
%{Zwin32: -Lc:/djgpp/rsxntdj/lib/MT} \
%{Zwin32: -Lc:/djgpp/rsxntdj/lib/ST}

that will help
