You mean sources or binaries?  You can get the sources from the goof home
page of course.  If you want my specific patches from the 1.0.1 distribution
I can provide them as well.  But, since egcs 1.0.3 has been released I would
think there will be a pgcc 1.0.3 soon too.  Don't look for binaries anytime
soon though, I have no plans of making them.  AFAIK there is only a couple
of fpu code gen fixes that could affect djgpp users, and nobody has ever hit
them except in test cases.   I will be releasing a c only version of a may
snapshot soon.  As for C++, the compiler itself works, but the egcs boys
totally broke the configure mechanism for building libio again.
