I looked through it and it seems straightforward. GCC is IMO the problem child. For instance, rewriting the stuff to generate labels, or getting rid of pre-pending underscores. That, plus any enhancements for the new sections that elf supports. And then there would be dwarf 2 debugging as well I think. I just don't see it being worth it. Once we (I) get collect2 working for djgpp we should be much better off with both fixed excepttion handling and proper template instantiation.
