I say it's time to dump coff and use elf for djgpp 3.0.
Coff problems:
* Glitches with nested functions, see "GCC bug?" thread.
* Template instantiation problems.
* Limit on debug info forces some people to compile some programs with no
debug info.
I don't expect this will be easy, so I am content to wait a while before seeing
3.0...
