This hasn't done anything.

I have 2.8.0; I have a file called "gpp280b.zip" which I've unzipped
several times. This is my first installation; I've never had an
earlier version installed.

Here we go:

This is a bug report for RHIDE Version 1.4 (Sep 30 1997 23:06:59)

I don't know where the last error message (with stubify.exe) comes
from; I tried generating a bug report just a minute ago and it did not
give me this error. Strange...
