Not quite true.  DJGPP on CTC was moved out of their regular
collection, yes, but it remained there.  I stopped maintaining it
because they expected more remote administration on my part than I was
willing to do, and Simtel.NET made me a better offer.

Later, I realized that CTC was still distributing DJGPP (by then an
out-of-date copy), and contacted them again, and we arranged a deal
where they would maintain a mirror under the same terms as Simtel.NET.

Currently, both Simtel.NET and CTC carry up to date DJGPP distributions.
