This is NOT SimTel.NET, this is the Coast-to-Coast archive, which is 
another organization.

If you want to upload to SimTel.NET, go to one of the sites whose list I 
posted in a previous message, and find the README about uploads in the 
/pub/simtelnet directory there.  It includes the email addresses of the 
manager(s) and the procedures to upload.
