That's not what I understood from DJ's message at all. I believe he said it
would be fine to post in any language you wanted. It's just that, given the
current state of the newsgroup, you are *most likely* to receive help if you
post in English. Hence, people are encouraged, for their own benefit, to
post in English if they can. If they cannot, or don't want to, they will
simply limit their potential help to that from fellow speakers of their
language. That is all.
