This is because RHIDE changes window title to show which program is 
currently running (RHIDE itself, GCC, CC1, CC1PLUS, LD etc.) . Normally 
RHIDE restores old value when quits, but it is rather easy to crash RHIDE 1.4 
and then changed value is not restored. You can go to properties of 
shortcut and change name back.

I myself am using patched version of RHIDE 1.4.1 which crashes not so 
often
