That is a very big question, and the answer depends on which of the many
possible methods you prefer to use. If you are using some graphics
library, consult its documentation for details. If you want to write
your own code from scratch, there are many documents about graphics
coding around on the net: you may find it useful to look at the VGA
tutorial on http://www.rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp/, or the djgpp User's
Guide on http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/.
