These are printed when `cc1' does not get the `-quiet' flag. However, if you
have a normal installation, `-quiet' should be passed by default. Unless you
compile with the `-Q' option to `gcc', whose purpose is to enable these
statistics, they shouldn't be printed. Run `gcc -v' and see where it says
the `specs' file is coming from. Also consider that it may be corrupted.
