I'm not sure GDB supports RSXNT programs.  As a work-around, try
saying "-o ser" instead of "-o ser.exe" when linking, and then try
running GDB like so:

	gdb c:/tmp/ser/ser

I didn't try this, so I'm not sure it will work.
