Hi,

_dos_setfileattr() and _dos_getfileattr() don't handle long filenames, I
propose to mention that in the docs. 

On the other hand, _chmod() does handle long filenames, although the
docs say:

"This is a direct connection to the MS-DOS chmod function call, int
0x21, %ax = 0x4300/0x4301."

That's true for _dos_setfileattr() and _dos_getfileattr(), but not for
_chmod(). _chmod() uses int 0x21, %ax = 0x7143 if _USE_LFN is set.
