DJGPP does run under Windows 98 (Beta 1, now they are testing Beta 3,
which I'm doing). Then again, Windows 98 is not that different from
Windows 95. It has loads of new features (like the new file system, the
Windows Scripting Host, and the IE 4.0 stuff), but I doubt they have
altered the behaviors of the old stuff.
