I'm quite sure this is an FAQ somewhere, but anyway...

I just got Allegro 3.0, and it seems my video bios is buggy. (Surprise...)
When I try to use 24bpp color depths, ugly black horizontal lines appear on
the screen. By all accounts, the solution to this is to "get UniVBE".  My
question: How?  From where does one get UniVBE?  Is it free? If not, how
much does it cost?

I have a cheapo ET4000/W32p card that I assume would be supported.
