Huh?  I'm not sure why you're so concerned about a bug that only shows
up once in a while and has no known effect on Make's performance.  The
problem is most likely due to a rounding error of 1 second on FAT32
datestamps.  If this is the case, I can think of much better things to
worry about.  :-)
