Download the GNU Fileutils (v2gnu/fil316b.zip) from SimTel.  The package
contains a set of common Unixy file handling commands that most
makefiles need.  Other commonly-used tools are the textutils
(txt122b.zip), shellutils (shl112b.zip), sed (sed118b.zip), and bash
shell (bsh1147b.zip).
