Make sure that you have a) downloaded all the required C++ files
(gpp280b.zip, lgpp280b.zip), b) unzipped them under Windows 95 with a
program that understands long filenames (e.g., WinZip), c) either
configured Windows 95 to correctly produce short filenames (see chapter
8.2 of the FAQ) or SET LFN=Y in your environment.
