Hmmm... not sure, I use the TVision code. TVision defines a lot of classes and 
you never include the headers in a direct way (is just almost impossible) 
instead you say what classes do you need (with #define Uses_ClassName) and 
then just make #include <tv.h> this header will include all the needed classes 
(the explicitly named and the base classes for it). Perhaps you can try with 
the RHIDE sources, but is too much work to ask you.
