This is something I'm just getting into too so I'm happy to cooperate
with anyone else who is in the learning stage regarding win32.

More descriptions:
    RSXNTDJ allows to create the following Win32 apps:
    GUI, Console, DLL and dual-mode Console (Win32 and 32-bit DOS).
    The tool ntbind.exe converts the GCC compiler output  to the Win32 format.
    This release also allows to compile resources.

    There is a help file in "\rsxntdj\doc" for more information.
