Yes.

Nope.

I have had a prototype LFN driver for NT since last december.  It hasn't
seen much work since then.  The (main) problem is that when you load a tsr
from nt you lose a lot of
functionality from the command prompt.  For instance, when the tsr is loaded
djgpp apps
can use long file names, but all of a sudden the 'cd' command doesn't
recognize them.  Another guy is looking at portin the tsr into a dos device
driver but no success yet.
