I've found that djgpp terminates a compile on me with the uninformative
"Abort!" message when I use a statement such as

	vector<string>   a(10);

OTOH

	vector<string>   a;

works fine.		 

Since Stroustrup recommends the first form, I assume this is some kind
of a compiler or template bug.  Has anybody else hit this, or is there
something amiss in my setup?  Any explanations about?

gcc -v tells me 'using builtin specs', gcc version 2.8.0.
