It's quite old, so there's probably stuff around that's more recent, but you
can have a look at NCSA telnet, which, I believe comes with sources,
and should be available from any major SIMTEL-mirror.
If not, you might try: ftp://ftp.surfnet.nl/mirror/simtelnet/msdos/ncsatlnt/
You may also be interested in the (newer ?) WATTCP libraries and
things related to it...
